Day 25 of 28 - Movement: Brush Knee & Push

I added Brush Knee & Push after Cloud Hands because they are opposites and complement each other so well.

I often practice just these two moves, losing myself in the Tick Tock, back and forth movements: Cloud Hands, then when it feels right, reversing into Brush Knee and Push. Then back to Cloud Hands when it feels right.

Letting go is good. Losing yourself in the movement is good.
