For Day 6, we are learning Tracing Meridans

Arts based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) like Qigong, Acupuncture, Acupressure, and Tui Na (medical massage), all use the concepts of energy meridians or pathways. In these traditions, blockages can form in these pathways. The blockages over time can lead to illnesses.

Today, we will be tracing the meridians. This is a soothing, smoothing motion. We can physically touch the areas as we trace over the meridians or we can hover without touching. In both cases, our mind is still relaxed and focused on what we are doing and open to sensations.
