Day 21 of the 28-Day Qigong Challenge

For Day 21, we are putting together all the pieces from the last six days into a practice session. 

We are adding Spontaneous Qigong and Generating Energy Flow into our routine, following what a framework, called by some The Five-Phase Routine. 

The Five-Phase Routine organizes these dimensions of practice in a particular order, with a synergetic effect, to get the most benefits in the least amount of time.

Five-Phase Routine

  1. Enter a qigong state of mind.  Head to toe relaxation. Smiling from the Heart.
  2. Perform a qigong movement unified with breath and a relaxed and focused mind
  3. Spontaneous Flow (to come) to move energy, remove, and prevent energy blockages.
  4. Standing Meditation with Stillness for Consolidation of Energy
  5. Come back to the senses with the aid of self-massage
