This week, we'll be learning a new movement every day, while practicing the Day 7 Practice Session.
For Day 8, we will discover how to use relaxation go deeper into the Qigong State of Mind.
Tension keeps energy from flowing. We need to relax to keep our energy flowing. We can maximize our practice by adding head-to-toe relaxation at the beginning of our practice.
More and more, I'm going to request that you close your eyes when you practice qigong. When we close our eyes, it's easier to relax, makes the internal aspect of qigong easier to access, and easier to go deeper into meditation. Remember that qigong is moving meditation.
We also introduce Smiling from the Heart: a way to grow our heart energy and get it flowing.
