Day 14 of the 28-Day Qigong Challenge
For Day 14, we are putting together all the pieces from the last six days into a practice session.
When practicing a complete session, it helps to have a framework.
One framework is to pick one or more exercises from the Four Baskets of Practice.
These dimensions of qigong are: breath, movement, meditation, and self-massage.
You may have noticed our practices contain all of these elements.
