Day 11 of the 28-Day Qigong Challenge.

This week, we'll be learning a new movement every day, while practicing the Day 7 Practice Session.

For Day 11, we will learn a movement called Lifting the Sky. 

I think this is one of the best, if not the best, all around movement in qigong. 

Even though I knew more movements, I probably practiced only LIfting the Sky for the first couple of years of doing qigong. It felt so good and I was getting such good results I stuck with it.

This is a different version than the one I practiced for years. I think this version is just as good and easier to learn, which is why I am presenting it here.
