Day 26 of 28 - Movement: Energy Flow / Spontaneous Tai Chi
Relaxing, letting go, and letting the energy flow. It's difficult to teach. It's difficult to do.
The concept is simple: Let go and let the energy move your body. The energy flow is thought to remove the energy blockages that create illness, if left too long.
Simple but not Easy.
How many times have you totally let go: relaxed to the point where there's no tension left in your body? No pent up emotions? No self-conscious thoughts?
This is a practice and you have tools to help: our framework starts with relaxation. We add movement. Movement gets energy flowing... everything flowing... momementum.
We can relax more, become more playful with our movements, let go more, and let that momentum help us get over ourselves, become more spontaneous, and allow more... allow the energy to move the body.
